Role & Responsibility:
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, collaborate with medical staff, and contribute to the overall health and well-being of our patients.
- Immunization, assisting GP with procedures, cold chain management
- health assessment and chronic diseases management
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to improve patient outcomes.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with APHRA
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
